As a Fresher at NerdLabs, you will be a crucial part of a growing team serving the most degen traders, investors, and project teams in the crypto space:

• Identify and Build Relationships: Research and identify influencers, and partners in the Web3 space.
• Collaboration and Engagement: Collaborate with KOLs and partners to design campaigns, events, and other initiatives to promote the company's products or services.
• Social Insights: Stay updated on trends, sentiments, and discussions within Web3 social media to identify emerging KOLs and leverage opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product  teams to align KOL/partnership strategies with broader company objectives.
• Plan, manage, and support media campaigns with data-driven strategies and account operations.

• Minimum 3 months experience in crypto market, with experience as Community Manager or Marketing Growth preferred.
• Fresh graduated or 4th year students, majoring in Marketing or related curriculum.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain and web3 industry.
• Researching and data-driven skills.
• Hardworking, eager to learn, resilient mindset.
• Have trading habit preferred.
